Information you choose to provide

The enquiry service records contact details, brand, category, requirements, country and any optional budget or timing you supply. It also records the originating page, campaign parameters, consent choices and submission time. Do not submit identity documents, payment details or sensitive health information.

Purpose and handling

We use enquiry data to assess and follow up your request through the relevant business. Records are stored in the group’s hosted enquiry system and may be transferred to its HubSpot CRM for follow-up. Marketing permission is optional and separate from your enquiry. We do not sell enquiry data.

Cookies and your choices

This edition installs no advertising or third-party analytics scripts. Hosting or sign-in infrastructure may use necessary security/session cookies. You can request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw optional marketing permission, by emailing the address above. We review retention according to the request and applicable recordkeeping requirements.
